Aerospace - Learn about flying kites, hot air balloons, remote control airplanes, gliders, and space shuttles.

Astronomy - Activities on stars, night vision, the moon, solar system, and telescopes.

Automotive – You will develope skills and interests related to safey, maintenance and repair, driving skills, or restoration.

Beef – Choose between either breeding project or a market project

Bicycle – Learn about safety, caring for your bike, and riding skills.

Child Development – Learn about kids taking care of kid. Kids taking care of themselves. What can we do to help kids handle emergencies, develope home-alone skills, stay healthy, and relate appropriately to others.

Citizenship – Focu on self-identity and relationships with friends and family members, neighborhood, school, functioning in organized group so you can be a more effective participant. You can learn about governmental systems, law and voting and much more.

Clothing - Learn about color and line in clothing. Find out about fashion and fabrics as you choose to sew your clothes for fun and safety. Discover personal grooming hints, ways to care for clothing, and how clothing affects you and othere.

Clothing Decisions –  You will learn about selecting clothes and how ad influence your choices. 

Clothing, Sewing - Learn to be smart clothing consumers and have nemerous avenues to create garments and unigue costumes. You can study accessorizing and apparel design and develope buying stratedies and recycing skills.

Communications - Theatre Arts - Make believe! Acting Up! Being a puppeteer! Learn the fun of pretending, create sound effects, put on makeup, become an character, and finally, take a bow. Work alone or with a group to create and present creative ideas in the areas of acting, mime, movement, puppetry, and technical theatre.

Communications - Express Yourself - Youth will interpret verbal and nonverbal informatioin, develop effective public speaking skills, enhance written and spoken communications, defend a point, design a presentation and more.

Computer – Using a combination of interactive CD and Web-based activities, you will find Computer Mysteries challenging and fun . Consumer Management - Three curriculum choices: Clothing Decisions, Financial Champions, and Consumer Savvy.

Corn Crop Production - Conduct experiments and/or overservations that help you understand growth and development, planting, plant nutrition, soil management, crop protection, weather, and grain harvesting, storage, and marketing of both corn and soybeans.

Dairy(cattle) - Anyoe wishing to show a dairy calf, heifer, or cow and all information needed.

Dog - Anyone wishing to show dogs. Learn dog parts, breeds, cost to raise a dog, how to care for a dog and how to be responsible per owner and much more.

Electricity - You can make educated guesses and testing them, to building burglar alarms and learning how to select quality consumer goods and much more.

Entomology - You can explore the fascinating and amazing world of insects, including ther arthropod relatives. Learn about insects found in the soil, on plants, in homes, on pets and other secret places!

Environment - Learn basic ecological concepts as you use scientific thinking and processing skills. Find out about the four elements of life, connections among living things, how all plants and animals are affected.

Food and Nutrition - Explore the world of foods. Make lots of different foods, do fun experiments, and go on fact-finding missions. Learn why everyone needs food to live.

Forestry - Engage in activities to learn about trees, forests, forest ecology, and human reliance on forests. You will discover forest resources near home and around the world.

Goat(Dairy/Meat) - For those wishing to show goats as a project. Learn about goats and showing them.

Health - This provides an opportunity to improve your physical, intellectual, emotional, and social health plus share your knowledge with others, and learn about related careers.

 Home Improvement - Learn about design as an oveall plan for a room or house. Learn about color, texture, line and shape. You will learn about furniture arranging, making over old furniture, finishing, refinishing, upholstering, and furniture styles and much more.

Horse and Pony - For those wishing to show horses or ponies as a projects and all infomration needed.

 Horticulture - Learn the fundamentals of growing plants- soil preporation, fertilization, variety selection, planting, transplanting, disease, and weed control.

Leadership - Learn the dynamic process of leadership. Learn interacitve activities, and real life experiences in relationship building, commuication, group process, planning, and organizing.

Music - Gain appreciation of music. Ways to participate include listening, performing, composing, teaching, and making musical instruments.

Outdoor Adventures - Experience the fun and excitement of being outdoors, experiencing activities related to food, shelter, ethics, safety, navigation, equipment, and camp management.

Pets - You can start this project by learning abou the needs and care of a pet before your family selects a pet or leran about animal behavior, nutritional needs of your pet, and health care.

 Photography - Everything you need to know to get started with photography and more.

 Plant Science - Start with the basics of plant and soil science - soils, plant and flower parts, plant reporduction, and effects of environmental factors on plant growth.

Poultry - This is for those who wish to show birds as part of your project. You will get information on your birds and much more.

Rabbit - This is for those who wish to show rabbits as part of your project.  You will get information on your rabbits and much more.

Safety - Develop the ability to recognize hazards and how to correct them, plus share your safety awareness with others. Select on erea, and seek out information on safety needs. Possible areas are home, chemicals, animals, electrical, fire, recreational, tractor, machinery and traffic.

Self-Determined - For those who want to study an interest area that isn't listed.

 Safety and Education in Shooting Sports - Learn how to safely handle and shoot air rifles, .22 rifles, shotguns, and bows. You will also learn about wildlife. 

Science and Technology - Science is a way for us to look at and try to understand the world around us.You will do hands-on science and math and much more.

Sheep -  This is for those who wish to show sheep as part of your project. You will get information on your sheep and much more. 

Small Engine - The project will help you learn some of the basics about small engines, including basic operation, safety, care, management, and more.

Sport Fishing - Learn to string a pole, bait a hook, cast, and catch; it's all about fish in this project.

 Swine - This is for those who wish to show swine as part of your project.  You will get information on your swine and much more.

Tractor - Explore your interest in tractors. You can develop skills and interests related to safety maintenance and repair, driving skills, or restoration.

Veterinary Science - You explore the exciting world of veterinary science.

 Visual Art - Experiment with different art mediums to explore your creativity, learn about art and artists in your own community, discover design, and develope new skills.

Welding - Explore the several techniques and methods available to join metal together by welding. 

 Wildlife - Information through  Natural Resources Web Site

 Woodworking - Build items using wood and a variety of woodworking tools. Learn the basic skill of measuring as well as how to use advanced exquipment.
